What makes your integration coaching unique?

Fully trained as a Coach by the accredited CoActive, Leadership Training and Life Coaching Institute, I hold an BA Honours in Philosophy, a qualified Yoga and Breathwork Facilitator, and a  Ceremonial Space Holder. With extensive experience working with plant medicine and altered states of consciousness, alongside proven coaching methods and a yogic background, plant medicine integration coaching is embodied in a philosophy of spirituality, psychology and practicality.

The bridge that integration coaching provides is in the 3-phase framework – preparation, journeying and integration. Each phase is fundamental and is required for long-term healing and transformational changes to take place.

How do you see your role in today’s culture and society?

As plant medicine powerfully enters the cultural mainstream, they are gaining widespread acceptance. The legal situation overseas and the industry is rapidly evolving and poised for massive growth. We are experiencing collective transformation and I am honoured to be part of the evolution and to bring my wealth of experience, wisdom and knowledge as a coach to this movement.

How long are the 1-1 live calls?
Each call is 60-mins. Our first call sometimes lasts 1.5hrs (at no additional charge) as we dive deep into your unique story and background.

Can you guarantee my results?
I am here to guide, support, provide a trusted space, mentor, listen, inspire, motivate and empower you to make lasting changes, but it takes time, belief and effort to get results. No overnight success formulas here.

If you’re here to show up and courageously commit to meeting yourself time and time again, this container is a channel to change the way you achieve greater balance, connection & fulfilment within yourself and in your life.

What’s the legal situation with sacred plant usage?
Please check your country’s legal status on the use of plant substances. The legal status of unauthorised actions with these substances varies worldwide.
I do not encourage or condone the use of said substances where it is against the law. My coaching is not affiliated with the ingestion of said substances. My guidance should not be used as medical advice. Please consult a doctor if you are concerned about health related issues. However, I accept that illegal drug use occurs, and believe that offering responsible harm reduction information is imperative to keeping people safe. For that reason, my coaching is designed to ensure the safety of those who decide to use said substances.

Do you offer ceremonial space holding?
I offer ceremonial space holding for those who would like in-person support. This includes cleansing and setting the space, being present and providing support on journey days (please allow for at least 7 hours – Additional cost, please contact for exchange).

I began coaching with Charlotte when I had a reached a point of despair, trying to juggle being a parent and being someone who cared about their job.
