I have not long finished Charlotte's Present Parent coaching program and I can honestly say that it has been transformative! I knew she was the right coach for me as soon as we had our first call. She has beautifully guided me through each module, allowing me the space to discover what it is I really wanted to connect with and move towards. I began coaching with Charlotte when I had a reached a point of despair, trying to juggle being a parent and being someone who cared about their job. I found the juggle overwhelming and had started to have panic attacks. My work with Charlotte put a stop to these for the majority of the time, I still get them every so often but the journey has been a literal eye opener. I can now recognise all the signs that I am going to have one or better still, the things I am doing in my life that might lead to one. The answers weren’t through (as I thought they might be and the reason I'd avoided this in the past) a clear cut, change in my job but instead a grounding and improvement in awareness. A change of routines and a shared plan around what small changes I could make to help myself. These small changes then made way for bigger changes and have altered the way I approach many things with my children and at work. It was all within me though, Charlotte just gave me the keys and now my whole family are benefitting.
