We fear anything that takes us out of our comfort zone, and that can be fear of failure OR fear of success.
Fear of failure stops us from moving forward – it often comes from a fear of rejection, that we aren’t good enough.
We’re equally worried to succeed, doing something well and exposing ourselves to our self-criticism – fearful of whether we know enough and being seen as the expert
We all have beliefs that limit us and prevent us from achieving what we want to achieve.
Whether or not you acknowledge those fears, accept them and release them will determine whether you step out of your comfort zone each and every time a new fear arises.
If you’re willing to repeatedly look at the fear, it no longer has control, it passes and your ‘fear zone’ then becomes a comfort zone, until a new fear arises, and then we repeat the process.
Repetition of releasing our fears means we can step out of our comfort zone each time knowing that we’ll be ok, because it’s just a limiting belief holding us back. When we step out of our comfort zone, we are surprised to find new and exciting experiences waiting to be bought into life.
Breaking down those limiting beliefs means you get to create a new story around you. You birth a new version of yourself every time you do this, and if done with acceptance, love, compassion and gratitude for yourself, it can be that enjoyable experience.
The more you believe in the power of you, the more you step into that power, the more you become that power!
